21st American Conference on Crystal Growth and Epitaxy

ProChem will be sponsoring and exhibiting at the 21st American Conference on Crystal Growth and Epitaxy (AACGE-21). This is also combined with the 18th US Workshop on Organometallic Vapor Phase Epitaxy (OMVPE-18), the 3rd Symposium on 2D Electronic Materials, and the Symposium on Epitaxy of Complex Oxides in Santa Fe, New Mexico on July 30 – August 4, 2017.

ACCGE-21 provides a forum for the presentation and discussion of recent research and development activities in all aspects of epitaxial thin film and bulk crystal growth; sessions will integrate fundamentals, modeling, experimental and industrial growth processes, characterization and applications.

The OMVPE-18 workshop continues a tradition, started at Cornell in 1983, of bringing together specialists in the OMVPE field from industry, academia and government laboratories in an informal atmosphere and scenic surroundings. The workshop is an excellent opportunity to present and discuss new results in the OMVPE field. It also provides a venue for newcomers to the field to familiarize themselves with OMVPE science and technology.

Two special symposia, the 3rd Symposium on 2D Electronic Materials and the Symposium on the Epitaxy of Complex Oxides, will be held concurrently with the ACCGE-21/OMVPE-18 sessions. More information can be found on their website at www.crystalgrowth.org/Santa-Fe.html.
