ProChem Congratulates Professor Tenne on 2023 ACS Award in the Chemistry of Materials
ProChem’s Team congratulates Professor Reshef Tenne of the Weizmann Institute of Science for the reception of the 2023 ACS Award in the Chemistry of Materials.
Professor Tenne is a pioneer and world leader in the field of inorganic nanotubes and misfit heterostructures. He has published over 370 original papers, 80 invited publications, review articles, book chapters, and dozens of patents. Professor Tenne is the Founder and the first Head of the Helen and Martin Kimmel Center for Nanoscale Sciences, and served as the Director of the G.Schmidt Minerva Center for Supramolecular Architectures. He has also held the Drake Family Chair in Nanotechnology and is a recipient of multiple awards including Gold Medal of the Israel Chemical Society and the EMET Prize for Art, Science, and Culture by the Israeli Prime Minister.
