ProChem Inc.’s 3rd Annual Pickleball Event

ProChem Inc. turned up the reaction rate recently as employees gathered for our 3rd Annual Pickleball Event – an evening packed with ionic-level attraction, competitive spirit, and just the right amount of activation energy to keep things interesting.

Hosted at Victory Pickleball in Rockford, IL, the event brought together team members and family members for rallies, laughter, and a healthy dose of friendly rivalry. We’re grateful to Victory Pickleball for providing the perfect environment for our team to connect and compete.

This year’s competition delivered plenty of memorable moments, but two standout performances deserve special recognition:

Dr. Leonel Griego, R&D Director, claimed the top spot for the second year in a row, proving once again that he knows how to stay in his element – both in the lab and on the court.

Dr. Stephanie Gnewuch earned the Best Team Player Award, bringing consistency, positivity, and the kind of steady equilibrium that keeps our team balanced and thriving.

As we continue celebrating 40 years of ProChem Inc., events like this remind us what truly fuels our success: great people, strong connections and a culture built to last.  After four decades, it’s clear we’ve found the right formula – one where teamwork and camaraderie remain at the core of everything we do.
