ProChem Inc. Welcomes New EHS Manager

We are pleased to welcome Eileen King as ProChem’s new Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager.  As ProChem Inc. continues its strong trajectory of growth – broadening our product offerings, advancing custom development work, and a larger role in Department of Defense supply chains – our commitment to a proactive safety culture remains central to who we are.  Bringing Eileen on board strengthens that commitment.  With more than 30 years of EHS and HR Leadership experience, she brings deep expertise in safety management, regulatory compliance, risk management, employee engagement and building scalable safety systems that support both operational excellence and organizational growth.

Eileen shares a philosophy that reinforces how safety and business performance move forward together.  As she explains: “I believe EHS and Compliance are not a zero-sum game, but the foundation where business and human health align. Her career reflects a hands-on, people-focused approach to safety – one that aligns with ProChem’s values.  She has led multi-site EHS programs, guided organizations through complex compliance landscapes, and built collaborative safety cultures rooted in communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.  We are excited to have her expertise, energy, and leadership at ProChem Inc. as we continue to grow and strengthen our commitment to safety and sustainability.
