Purpose, Momentum, and a Year of Celebration!
Last week, our team came together for ProChem Inc.’s annual Company Kickoff Meeting – an energizing start to a milestone year as we celebrate 40 years in business!
The event opened with a President’s Address from founder and CEO Reno Novak, who reflected on the history of the company, the achievements that defined 2025, and the teamwork that made them possible. His message set the tone for the year ahead: stay focused, stay innovative, and continue delivering the quality and reliability our customers count on.
We then heard updates across the company – Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality, R&D, Finance, and Facilities – each sharing progress from the past year and the priorities guiding the teams in 2026. From new product development to operational improvements to customer engagement initiatives, every department highlighted meaningful wins and a clear path forward.
As we step into our 40th anniversary year, this kickoff reinforced what has always set ProChem Inc apart:

- Wholly U.S.–owned and operated, offering a domestic source for organizations that require U.S.‑based suppliers or need to subcontract projects within the United States.

- Deep expertise in high purity inorganic materials, including rare earths, metal salts, oxides, and custom-synthesized compounds for critical applications.
This kickoff reaffirmed the values that have carried us through four decades: precision, integrity, and a commitment to serving the scientific and industrial communities that depend on our materials.
We look forward to celebrating this milestone through 2026 – and continuing the work that has defined ProChem Inc. for forty years.
