ProChem Celebrates World Quality Week – Quality: Think Differently

ProChem 2025 World Quality Week PosterAt ProChem Inc., quality isn’t just a standard we meet — it’s a mindset we live. This year, our team embraced the global theme of “Quality: Think Differently” during World Quality Week, Nov 10-14th, with a series of creative, collaborative activities designed to spark innovation and highlight the people behind our success.

The week kicked off with the Quality Detective challenge, a company‑wide puzzle game that invited employees to solve clues tied to our processes, products, and values. Each riddle encouraged participants to look at familiar concepts from a fresh perspective, reinforcing the idea that quality thrives when we question assumptions and explore new angles.

Adding a hands‑on twist, employees took part in a Quality Build Challenge. Armed with kits of miscellaneous craft materials, teams were asked to construct something tangible that symbolized words used to describe quality products and processes. The results were imaginative, meaningful, and often surprising — from abstract sculptures representing “Think Differently” to playful models that captured high-purity, reliability and excellence.  This exercise reminded us that quality can be expressed not only in systems and standards, but in creativity and shared vision.

.World Quality Week was more than a celebration; it was a reaffirmation of our quality culture and a celebration of our employees who all contribute to continuous improvement because they Think Differently. By blending fun, recognition, and thoughtful reflection, we celebrate that quality is not static — it evolves when we empower people to innovate.
