The 2026 SOCMA Show brought together innovators from across the specialty chemical industry, and ProChem Inc. was part of the energy in Nashville, TN. CEO Reno Novak and COO Erica Zimolzak spent three days meeting with partners, customers, and colleagues – highlighting the people and relationships that drive our work forward.
Held March 4-6th, the event offered valuable opportunities to connect with industry leaders, explore emerging trends, and discuss the future of specialty and fine chemical manufacturing. One of the standout moments of this year’s show was Erica’s 
participation in the Women’s Networking Breakfast panel, “Designing Businesses for Women to Thrive.”
This topic carries special meaning for Erica as she celebrates 30 years with ProChem Inc. in 2026 – a milestone that reflects her leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to building a workplace where people can grow and succeed.
